SA 350 LF2 CL1 (N) is a low alloy steel forgings of American standard. After normalizing treatment, the grade is LF2, Class 1, with tensile strength ranging from 485MPA to 655MPA. Low-temperature impact test at -46° is required. It can be repaired with low temperature alloy electrode. After repairing, it is necessary to temper and conduct penetration inspection. Recently, we have exported to Oman a batch of ASME B16.5 LWN flanges made of SA 350 LF2 CL1.

316L stainless steel added Mo, so its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength is particularly good, can be used in harsh conditions;  Excellent work hardening (no magnetic).  Excellent high temperature strength.  316L stainless steel is austenitic stainless steel and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.  It has good strength, plasticity, toughness, cold forming and good low temperature performance.  The addition of 2% Mo to Cr18Ni8 endows the steel with good resistance to reducing medium and pitting corrosion.  It has suitable corrosion resistance in various organic acids, inorganic acids, alkalis, salts and seawater.  In reductive acidic medium, its corrosion resistance is much better than 304, and 316 stainless steel is also resistant to Marine and corrosive industrial atmosphere.  In discontinuous use below 1600 degrees and in continuous use below 1700 degrees, 316 stainless steel has good oxidation resistance.
