WN flange is generally made by forging or forging process. When the steel plate or section steel manufacturing, meet the following requirements: 1, butt welding flange should be ultrasonic inspection, no layered defects; 2. Should be cut into strips along the direction of steel rolling, welded into a ring through bending, and the surface of the steel to form a cylinder of the ring. The butt weld of the ring shall be subjected to post-welding heat treatment, and X-ray or ultrasonic inspection shall be carried out, and X-ray inspection shall meet the II requirements of JB4730, and ultrasonic inspection shall meet the I requirements of JB4730.
